大家好，我是XXX，很高兴能够加入这个团队。下面我将用日语为大家做一个简短的自我介绍。
初めまして、XXXと申します。皆さんと一緒に働けることをとても嬉しく思っています。私について、少し紹介させていただきます。
私は日本で生まれ育ちましたが、大学で中国語を専攻し、卒業後は中国で仕事を経験しました。その後、日本での仕事を探していたところ、このチームに出会い、入社することになりました。
私は日本語と中国語の両方に堪能であり、翻訳や通訳の経験もあります。過去の職歴では、中国企業と日本企業の間でのコミュニケーションを円滑にするために、言語の壁を取り除くお手伝いをさせていただきました。
また、私はコミュニケーション能力に自信があります。グループワークやプロジェクトチームでの経験があり、円滑なチームワークを築くことができます。困難な課題にも積極的に取り組み、解決策を見つけることが得意です。
入社後は、日本語力を活かして、社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションを図りたいと考えています。また、私の経験を生かして、チームの発展や業績向上に貢献できるよう努めます。

I was born and raised in Japan, but I majored in Chinese in university and gained work experience in China after graduation. Later on, while I was looking for a job in Japan, I came across this team and decided to join.
I am proficient in both Japanese and Chinese, and I have experience in translation and interpretation. In my previous work experience, I helped remove language barriers to facilitate communication between Chinese and Japanese companies.
Furthermore, I am confident in my communication skills. I have experience in group work and project teams, enabling me to build smooth teamwork. I am proactive in tackling difficult challenges and finding solutions.
After joining the company, I hope to utilize my Japanese language skills to facilitate smooth communication internally and externally. Moreover, I will strive to contribute to the team's development and performance based on my experience.
